Store Manager – Bits & Bows (Stone Harbor, NJ): Bits & Bows is seeking a full-time Store Manager to lead our flagship boutique in Stone Harbor, NJ opening Memorial Day Weekend. This role is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and leading a small retail team in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
The Store Manager will manage staff scheduling, sales performance, visual merchandising, inventory, and creating inspired in-store experiences and events while maintaining the playfully polished brand standards that define Bits & Bows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, energetic, and passionate about retail, customer service, childhood magic, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations and ensure an exceptional in-store experience
Lead, train, and motivate the retail team
Manage scheduling, payroll coordination, and staff performance
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
Track sales goals and drive store performance
Manage inventory, restocks, and merchandising updates
Support in-store events, promotions, and community engagement
Qualifications:
2+ years of retail management or leadership experience
Strong customer service and communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
Positive, team-oriented attitude with strong leadership skills
Availability to work weekends and peak seasonal periods
