Unfortunately due to outdoor gathering restrictions imposed by Governor Phil Murphy's Executive Order 196, many events for the weekend are now canceled.

Festival of Trees - Nov. 20-28
This year, Festival of Trees will be hosted by participating businesses and be held earlier than usual, starting Friday, Nov. 20. Shop your favorite Avalon stores while browsing a variety of trees and wreaths on display. Bid via mobile app or online using the website above. Bidding will run through Saturday afternoon, Nov. 28 and bidders will be alerted of their winnings.
Virtual Turkey Trot 5K & 1.5-Mile Walk (To Benefit Helen L. Diller Vacation Home for Blind Children)
Burn those turkey calories with a virtual 5K or 1.5-mile walk to benefit the Helen L. Diller Vacation Home for Blind Children. Register online by using the link above, put on a costume if you like, and then complete your 5K or walk at your leisure between Nov. 25 and Nov. 30. Head north, head south or just head around the block! The route is yours to choose. T-shirts are guaranteed to the first 200 participants.
Santa Lights Dune Drive - Friday, 4:30pm
80th Street to 8th Street
Head out to Dune Drive at any corner between 80th and 8th street and wave as Santa lights up Dune Drive with music and fun before heading back to the North Pole!
Holiday Beach Tag Sales - Friday and Saturday, 10am-3pm

Avalon's Holiday Beach tags will be on sale for the pre-season discount of $25 each. Purchase them while supplies last at the Beach Tag Booth via check or cash.
Avalon Drive In Movies - Friday and Saturday, 6pm
28th Street Parking Lot
Bring the family and enjoy a drive in movie both nights at 6pm "Elf" on Friday and "How the Grinch Stole Christmas" on Saturday.
Families are to remain in their vehicles and tune in to 92.3FM to hear the audio.
